This page is about the Builder's Wand added by Extra Utilities. I know it's late, but I figured a late response is better than no response at all. From a technical standpoint, without finding or writing a mod or a plugin to control what happens, this idea would never come to see the light of day. It does not move the selection's contents. Mobs can spawn at all light levels in the Deep Dark, although Magnum Torchs and Chandeliers will prevent spawning as normal. If we went the mod route, we would have to ask that every other person download the mod in order to play on Infinity, which will never happen here. Or, to put it another way: You are allowed to include this mod in any modpack.
